Michael Tolstikov is a goal-oriented Corporate Real Estate professional with 15 years of experience in Facility Management (IWMS) Systems, Project Procurement, and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). His work spans business analysis, data mapping, supply chain operations, project management, and team leadership — all focused on making real estate programs run more efficiently.

Most recently at CIBC, Michael Tolstikov served as Digital Workplace Business Analyst, designing and optimizing collaborative workspace processes across CSS-5, CSN-26, and The Well locations.
